About the Role:
MedPOINT Management is looking for a talented and detail-driven Reports Developer II to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful, actionable reports that support critical business decisions. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using industry-standard reporting tools
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and data pipelines
Document reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications
Support ad hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and leadership
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in report development, business intelligence, or data analytics
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience in healthcare, managed care, or IPA environments is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
