Job Overview

We are seeking SEROIUS repossession agents. We are adding two NET NEW positions to our team.

Duties

Engage with clients through various communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.

Utilize effective negotiation techniques to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.

Document all interactions accurately in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging conversations with clients.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to Asset recovery.

Requirements

Stand up individual with strong character and proven work ethic

VERIFIABLE Two years MINIUM proven Wheel Lift/Self Loader experience. This is NOT an entry level position

Two car flatbed experience is not required but a plus

MUST BE 22 years old MINIMUM (Insurance Requirement)

Must PASS Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check

We do random drug tests on all employees

Up to 10 hour shifts, these are 100K+ jobs

We strong prefer experience using Clearplan, Cleardata and RDN but will train the right candidate

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
