Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor accounts to determine repossession requirements.
Coordinate the repossession process, ensuring clear communication with management and repossession agents.
Communicate with customers to discuss account status and, when applicable, negotiate payment arrangements.
Ensure all actions comply with company policies, procedures, federal, and state laws.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all repossession activities.
Serve as a liaison between departments, providing updates to management and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
