Job Description
The purpose of this job is to develop and provide focus on customer relationships and administrative support of inside sales activities for fleet sizes less than 60.
- Provide support for accounts with the inside sales team that are with a fleet size of less than 60; perform administrative duties on accounts to include managing customer reporting and paperwork
- Plan customer phone calls by defining the objective and preparing questions to move customer towards the sales objective
- Assist the credit department to prepare for and resolve customer issues
- Develop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify business opportunities
- Assist customers via phone and email with account support such as mobile fueling, International Fuel Tax Association tax reports, online portal, statement retrieval, and card issues
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
