What You'll Do: As a Representative Payee, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial well-being of individuals receiving mental health services. Responsibilities: • Manage finances for mental health clients, including budgeting, paying bills, and maintaining accurate financial records. • Communicate regularly with clients, mental health professionals, and government agencies regarding financial matters. Purpose: To provide accurate and timely financial information and support to all involved parties. • Complete and submit required financial reports and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Assist clients in setting financial goals and developing money management skills through regular meetings and counseling. • Monitor clients' financial transactions to prevent misuse of funds and address any discrepancies promptly. Qualifications: • Recommend of 1+ years of experience in financial management or accounting. • Proficiency in basic computer skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Compensation: $18 hourly
