JOB SUMMARY:
Our Rep Services team needs a Rep Services Associate to join our team. We’re looking for the best and
brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of results-driven customer
service. The successful candidate will be responsible for client communications amp;amp; incoming calls
directing to appropriate departments, including taking briefs, conducting brainstorming sessions,
communicating results of campaigns and processing complaints or concerns. He or she will assist with
the management on the administrative side of our Sales Systems and provide onboarding to SkyMed
Representatives. We offer a competitive salary as well as benefits for the right candidate.
