Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: • A proven track record of sales experience, leadership, and success is preferred • Shows good organizational and time management skills & is action-oriented • Great communication and social skills • Has confidence and speaks with authority • Driven, self-motivated, has grit, and desires professional growth Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
