    We're looking for a passionate Membership Sales & Corporate Partnership Manager who wants to work for an innovative health and fitness industry leader and be part of a team that is focused on making a real difference in people's lives. As a Membership Sales Manager you'll be an integral member of our Republic Fitness club's management team. You'll lead and manage the club's sales function, inspire your team to be the best that they can be, and serve as a role model in delivering legendary service to our members and guests.

    We're looking for:

    Track record of developing corporate partnerships.

    Skills to design, implement, and manage corporate partnerships across industries and sectors.

    Ability to develop customized corporate partnerships using creativity, strategy, fresh approaches, organization, and effective communication.

    Someone to oversee identification of prospects, cultivation, and solicitation strategies to develop new partnerships.

    An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.

    A track record of sales success leading and managing a team in a sales environment focused on attaining revenue and unit goals.

    A networker and relationship builder who is comfortable on the phone and doing outreach in the community.

    Ability to increase member retention.

    A commitment to providing top-notch customer service and being a role model for your team on how that's done.

    Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner.

    An interest in the professional development your sale team.

    Ability to coach your sales team.

    Computer-savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office and database management software.

    Bachelors degree.
