    Position Summary:

    Complete Solar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reputation Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. We're looking for a candidate with outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    In this role, you'll help elevate our brand by driving positive online reviews, managing customer referral incentives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You'll collaborate closely with departments across the organization to resolve customer concerns, identify process improvements, and contribute to operational excellence.

    Essential Duties:

    • Increase positive online reviews through customer engagement strategies

    • Manage and track customer referral incentive programs

    • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer issues and escalate feedback

    • Identify trends in customer feedback to propose operational improvements

    • Support brand reputation initiatives to drive long-term customer loyalty

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

    • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
