Assistant Account Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an eager, forward thinking, go-getter Assistant Account Executive to become a part of a fast-paced account, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Campbell’s Snack Company team spanning across multiple well-known brands helping to build brand platforms and executing culturally relevant activations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about advertising, excited about working with cross-functional teams, and open to always learning new things.
This person supports other Account team members in managing and coordinating all day-to-day operations of the clients’ marketing campaigns. The AAE is the glue that holds the team together by ensuring all account management fundamentals are flawlessly buttoned up, so that the account can function as seamlessly as possible across all core projects and tasks. While also building relationships and assisting other departments like project management, strategic planning, and production. Projects and tasks include - but are not limited to - project planning & oversight, video production, activation production/executions, social planning & executing, competitive tracking & reporting, and much more. __
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The AAE will support the team with administrative tasks to help run the account smoothly. E.g., Network Clearance, Trafficking, Talent Management, Finance, usage rights management, legal reviews, etc.
Meeting support - coordinating client and internal schedules, scheduling meetings, recaps, meeting material compilation.
Research to support creative and strategy teams.
Put together weekly competitive reports and sharing out with internal and client teams to ensure everyone is up to speed with the latest work across the industry.
Manage up and assist teams across integrated projects to ensure all work is executed timely and accurately; including TV, Social, Digital, OOH, Print, eCommerce, In-store, Comms, and more.
Help create and maintain timelines for all on-going projects.
Maintain budgets for all on-going projects; including working closely with finance and business affairs to ensure jobs are opened, tracked, and closed properly.
Build relationships and presence with client team and internal departments
Maintain weekly status report documents to ensure everyone is aware of the status of all on-going projects.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
