Title: Support Analyst Duration: 6 Months + Contract Job Description: * Provide excellent support by email, chat and phone * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner * Escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed and follow up to ensure timely resolution * Collaborate with other teams to identify patterns and trends in client issues and provide feedback to improve the product or service * Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that issues are identified and resolved before they impact clients Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience * 0-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
