    Company Description

US Real Estate Services, Inc. (USRES) was founded in 1992 by Keith Guenther as a boutique asset management company with a focus on real estate valuations and REO disposition services. The company was originally named Professional Asset Services, Inc. in 1991 but was renamed to indicate that services were offered nationwide and to replace “asset” with the softer term “real estate”, as homeowners were among the company’s clientele at the time. As business continued to grow, the need for a system to better manage the company’s BPOs and REO portfolios became obvious. A valuation and property management software system was soon developed in-house and utilized internally for several years, evolving and expanding its functionality to produce greater efficiencies. Upon seeing a gap in the marketplace for this type of valuation and asset management technology, USRES decided to shift the system to an online application that would serve as a centralized technology solution for all parties involved in the valuation and/or liquidation of real estate assets. RES.NET was then successfully launched in 2004. RES.NET, initially established in 2003, has matured into a community for sellers and buyers to manage real estate assets and to connect with the entire supply chain. Since its establishment, RES.NET has continued to grow, creating a network that empowers its community members to expose, connect, and manage all aspects of the real estate transaction. RES.NET provides an array of functional portals, each specifically designed for various aspects of the real estate industry. By linking the portals together, RES.NET synchronizes a community of business professionals, buyers, and sellers to each other while optimizing communication, automating task management, and centralizing data.
