    • Order and maintain office supplies.
    • Assist in organizing office events or meetings.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
    • Proven experience in an office administrative or customer service role is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in using office software, including Google (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
    • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
    • Knowledge of office equipment, such as computers and printers.
