Responsibilities: Run hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as required Meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements by removing debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean Tear down old structures, and build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site Adhere to all directions from the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately Carry, load, and unload tools and building materials such as sheetrock, saws, lumber, tile, grout, etc. Qualifications: Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills Equivalent, GED, or high school diploma is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred Past construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment and the ability to understand blueprints and construction plans are required Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc. Carry a valid driver's license • Experience in residential remodeling Compensation: $15 - $35 hourly
