The Pantry Manager serves to direct the daily Pantry operations. Develop and maintain community partnerships for donor relationships. Provide direction and support to the Pantry team, volunteers, and Mission community.
Reports to: Director of Operations
Availability:
Full Time
Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:30pm (weekends/holidays as scheduled)
Closed on Saturday & Sunday
Compensation: $DOE (non-exempt/hourly)

Job Specific Qualifications:
Strong organizational, communication and computer skills (Google products; Gmail)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate external stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of Food & Equipment Safety procedures
Experience supervising teams and volunteers
Knowledge of inventory management and efficient recordkeeping
Meet driver qualifications with ability to drive a box truck or company vehicle
Career Summary (not all-inclusive list):
The Pantry Manager develops and maintains Pantry procedures and training manuals; provides guidance, direction and support with the daily operations of the warehouse; inventory management; order and stocking management; and maintain and enforce a safe, secure and clean work environment.
They manage a small team with the help of volunteers for effective and efficient pantry processes; train develop and create schedules for the team; assess and provide discipline for performance and overall competence of job requirements.
All team members may be asked to complete other duties as assigned by the leadership/management with an expectation to complete these assignments as requested.
