Position Overview: Versant, an industry-leading news, sports and entertainment media business that provides content through a portfolio of iconic television networks (MSNBC, CNBC, USA Network, Golf Channel, E!, SYFY and Oxygen) and complementary digital assets (Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow and SportsEngine), is seeking a Research Analyst who is energized by the idea of contributing to the growth of a new company within a fast-paced media landscape.
This position reports to the Director of Consumer Insights and, in collaboration with members of the broader Content and Audience Analytics team, will play a pivotal role in developing a deep understanding of viewership and audience trends and consumers’ perceptions and attitudes towards Versant portfolio brands.
The Research Analyst will build a wide array of research skills and capabilities. They will support primary research studies, including surveys, focus groups, dial tests, and data analysis, while also contributing to regular reporting of cross-platform audience metrics in collaboration with the Program Research team.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves tackling tough questions, has a passion for consumer insights, TV/video content, and the media industry, and is motivated to juggle many projects and priorities.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
