Research Associates, Inc. ("RAI") was formed in 1953 by former agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Their mission was to provide the private sector with the same level of high quality investigative services that the FBI provides in the public sector. In the years since its formation, the mission at RAI has not changed. RAI has three separate service divisions which offer comprehensive services to our clients:

• The Employer Services Division specializes in pre-employment background investigations including management-level inquiries and drug/alcohol screening.
• The Corporate and Business Investigations Division focuses on investigating businesses and due diligence inquiries.
• The Fraud Prevention and Detection Division investigates employee misconduct, conducts internal corporate investigations and also specializes in claims and insurance investigations.

Currently, RAI is hiring for our Employer Services division. We are seeking motivated individuals to conduct high level pre-employment background investigations from our Westlake office. Duties may include telephone interviews, reviewing court records, researching data bases, verifying regulatory/licensing information, and preparing reports. Position requires superior verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and decision making ability, effective time management skills and close attention to detail.
