Roles and Responsibilities of the biller: Role Details & Responsibilities

Position: Clinical Research Biller

Pay Rate: $25-35/hr

Schedule: ~10 hours per week (part-time) to start, with potential for hours to increase; can work outside of normal business hours if balancing another full-time position

Work Setting: Remote or in-person (in-person preferred)

Contract-to-Hire: 1,560-hour conversion period.

Reports to: Dr. Pandey

Responsibilities: Dedicated to research billing; creating invoices specific to research work; strong understanding of research contracts; supporting billing for 10–15 industry sponsored, phase II-IV, investigational drug studies per year

Requirements:

4+ years of experience creating research invoices and working with research contracts
