Reservationist / Customer Service Representative
Luxury transportation company is seeking a professional individual, that is well organized, self-motivated for our Office Reservationist / Customer Service Representative position. This position requires you to provide general support to our customers and staff. You will answer phone calls and book reservations, so great customer service skills is a must. Also respond to emails, and organize files. You will be an essential part of our team, providing support to various departments, so a positive attitude and attention to details are a must. This position requires to be Flexible and available to work mornings, evening, weekends or Holidays as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and book reservations

Maintain and organize files
Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in an administrative or Reservationist Representative role a plus
Customer service skills a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and calendaring programs
Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible and available to work mornings, evening, weekends or Holiday as needed.
