About the Role:

Join GOLDEN ISLES CRUISE LINES INC as a Reservationist and become a vital part of our team in beautiful Brunswick, GA! You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable cruising experience by managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

Provide detailed information about cruise packages, itineraries, and pricing.

Assist customers with booking modifications and cancellations.

Ensure accurate data entry into the reservation system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
