    Scratch Restaurant Group is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to join our Corporate team as a Reservationist ! Scratch Restaurant Group is a fine dining hospitality company that owns and operates nationwide Omakase and Pasta tasting menu concepts; we have 2 locations that have been awarded a Michelin Star. Each location offers an engaging, high end, intimate dining-style experience, with very limited seating capacity. We are adding new locations each year and are looking for energetic and qualified candidates to join our team!

    As a reservationist you will be the first interaction with our new and returning valued guests. The focal points of this position will be to complete all guest confirmations, make detailed reservation notes, manage all guest correspondences for 4-5 of our locations, and be available for other duties as assigned. This is mainly a remote position. The qualified candidate will exhibit responsible work ethic and time management.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years experience managing fine dining restaurant reservations - priority given to multi-unit management

    Previous experience working remotely

    Extensive experience using of Technology -priority given to experienced users of G-Suite, Toast, Tock, OpenTable, CMS Systems

    Meticulous attention to detail

    Collaborative teamwork attitude

    Maintain a responsive, organized, efficient, courteous, and professional demeanor

    Reliable and dedicated work ethic

    Ability to prioritize multiple daily responsibilities across several timezones

    Ability to maintain continuous communication with other Associates & Executive Team, through various channels, during the work day

    Master of Time Management

    Ability to talk on the phone with professional composure for long periods of time

    Typing proficiency at least 45 WPM

    Be able to respond to guest correspondence with professionalism and proper grammar

    Be able to sit for long periods of time

    General Hours of Operation:

    Schedule: THURS - MON 8am-2pm (PST) until further notice

    Compensation: DOE $22 / hour - $24 / hour (27.5 hrs per week until end of year, with an increase to full time salary ~ $47,500 - $50,000
