    Exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reservations Agent. The Hotel Reservations Agent manages guest bookings, handles inquiries, confirms reservations, and provides information about room availability, rates, and services, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from guests, travel agents, and other sources regarding reservations, availability, and hotel services. • Accurately record and process reservation requests, including guest details, dates, room types, and special requests. • Send confirmation emails or letters to guests, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. • Handle requests for modifications or cancellations to existing reservations, updating the system accordingly. • Answer guest questions about hotel amenities, services, policies, and local attractions. • Keep accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, such as spa treatments, meals, or tours. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Qualifications: • Prior experience preferred. • Strong customer service skills. Compensation: $18 - $18.50 hourly
