    About the role:

    A Mortgage Account Executive – Inside Sales team member **** defines superior service to brokers and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.

    • Seek and connect with new broker partners in assigned territory with set metrics and goals.
    • Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships through face-to-face and virtual visits a well as constant touch point engagements.
    • Educate brokers on our value proposition and why ResiCentral is changing the mortgage industry.
    • Bring on your existing brokers and ensure they are properly trained.
    • Provide best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers.
    • Monitor your accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes.

    Requirements:

    • Mortgage industry background within the last 12 months with preferred Wholesale Account Executive experience.

    • Must be comfortable with cold calling over 60+ calls daily.

    • Comfortable with logging metrics and activity within Salesforce daily.

    • Sales guru motivated to always meet or exceed goals and expectations.

    • Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business while also focused on how to continually nurture current business.

    • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start up environment and adapt successfully in the face of ambiguity.

    • Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and close the deal.

    • Exceptional written and oral communication and influencing skills.

    • Empathetic to the customer experience and able to flex to various audiences.
