The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing all marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives, including print, digital, social, direct mail, photography, and video • Ensures that company messages and materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy is professional, well-written, accurate, and consistent • Creates, edits, delivers, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution • Assists new team members in growing and expanding their social presence and creating a uniform message across all platforms • Experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis • Manages website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Creates training materials for agents regarding our systems, policies, procedures, and scripts • Delivers reports on analytics across marketing campaigns, web, and social platforms, to assess against goals and advise on improvements • Assists in planning, coordinating, and promoting special events for agents and clients • Builds strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Must be driven with strong writing, communication, and project management skills • 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Understanding of Adobe Suite Programs, Canva, ChatGPT, Monday Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000 yearly
