Need 1-2 individuals for house cleanout, 20-30 hours, $13/hr. Individual must be over 18, high school graduate (college student preferred),must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Restoration cleanup/light handyman experience a plus. Flexible scheduling. Ongoing cleaning and renovation of house with additional hours after initial October cleanup available through spring at same hourly rate. Must be able to tolerate cats.
