Job Description
The Residence Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering prompt and friendly personal & building assistance, providing convenient amenities, and executing daily activities. They will be creating a welcoming environment and providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. They are also responsible for greeting residence owners, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions to restaurants, attractions and events in the area
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of Concierge experience in a luxury residential environment required.
· 4 or more years of related experience required.
· Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
· Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly.
