Job Summary The Line Cook prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures.
Responsibilities
Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
Cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications.
Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity.
Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team.
Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Maintains a clean and well organized workstation
Qualifications
1-2 years related work experience
Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day. Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs,
Must be able to follow verbal directions, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
