This role provides the human continuity that allows independence, belonging, and dignity to flourish.
As a leader, the Resident Coordinator approaches their work with a people-centered mindset—building trust, supporting Resident Assistants, and creating clarity in how care and coordination are delivered. This role balances relational leadership with clear expectations, recognizing that strong communities are built through both compassion and structure.
The Resident Coordinator works closely with residents and Resident Assistants on a daily basis, providing direct coordination, guidance, and problem-solving.
