We are seeking experienced resident managers for apartment buildings located in Hawthorne and in West Los Angeles. Positions are available in May and June. We are seeking experienced managers in properties ranging from 19 units to 50+ units. Prospects must have computer skills. Experience with Appfolio is a plus. Duties include showing available units to prospective tenants, scheduling maintenance and providing access to vendors, inspection of the common areas, communications with tenants, ordering maintenance, liaison with the corporate office, providing customer service to tenants in subject properties, and assisting with all day to day operations of the apartment buildings. Depending on the property the schedule hours will range from 15 hours to 25 hours a week.
