    So, what will the Resident Park Attendant (Camping ** Couple – Gate Attendant) at Terrestris do?**

    **__**Resident Park Attendants (Camping Couple – Gate Attendants), are seasonal campground attendants who manage tollhouse operations working as a team of three individuals (two full-time and one part-time). Park attendants provide services seven (7) days a week for the contract period from 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2026 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Shifts to be distributed between two full-time and one part-time park attendant during hours of operation. One of three park attendants must reside onsite, providing daily visitor services and facility oversight.

    What does a typical day look like for the Resident ** Park Attendant (Camping Couple – Gate Attendant)?**

    **__**You will:

    • Collect camping fees and process reservations using web-based systems.
    • Open, staff, and secure the tollhouse, entrance gate, and laundry daily.
    • Greet visitors, explain regulations, and provide brochures and assistance.
    • Conduct campground patrols and report disturbances or maintenance issues.
    • Maintain accurate records, safeguard funds, and complete required reports.

    What ** qualifications do you look for?**

    You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship.
    • Ability to reside in a privately owned, self-contained camper or camping motor home and live in the park during their work assignment (preferred).
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to wear uniforms.
    • Ability to attend a three (3) to seven (7) day training session prior reporting to the campground.
