    Tesoro Group is seeking a Resident Relations Associate to join on of our client’s team at (1) of their properties in Denver, CO (80224). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience working within multi-family/residential property management and have experience within customer service. This role is contracted and expected to last 30-60 days in length but could go long-term/permanent for the right candidate.

    Salary: $18-$20/hour DOQ. This role is contracted and expected to last 30-60 days in length but could go long-term/permanent for the right candidate.

    Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (9am – 6pm).

    Responsibilities and Job Duties:

    • Assist the Property Manager in addressing the needs of the property and its residents.
    • Addresses resident complaints and maintenance requests.
    • Scheduling appointments for repairs and for meetings with residents.
    • Prepares correspondence and notices.
    • Prepares paperwork with respect to resident accounts.
    • Responsible for follow up with residents to guarantee the work orders are being done correctly and expeditiously
    • Assisting with rent increases, late payments/collections, evictions and the move-in/out process
    • Maintain files for residents, lease applications, deposits, etc., and assist in leasing when needed
    • Such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management
    • Detail oriented, deadline driven and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and to proactively evaluate and address work opportunities within the area of responsibility.
    • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.
    • Ability to solve practical problems.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
    • Ability to write simple correspondence and/or reports

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 1 years’ experience working within multi-family/residential property management.
    • Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
    • 1 years’ experience in customer service or customer-facing position is required.
    • Be able to pass a background check before employment.
