About the Role:
Join the Palatka Housing Authority as the Director of Resident Relations/Services, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement resident engagement programs to enhance community involvement.
Serve as a liaison between residents and management to address concerns and feedback.
Coordinate services and resources to support resident needs and promote well-being.
Facilitate workshops and events that encourage resident participation and empowerment.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resident services and programs.
Collaborate with local organizations to provide additional support and resources.
Prepare reports on resident engagement and service outcomes for management review.
Lead a team of service coordinators to ensure high-quality resident relations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in community services or resident relations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a service-oriented environment.
Knowledge of housing policies and resident engagement best practices.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict effectively.
Familiarity with local community resources and social services.
