    Job Description & Core Responsibilities

    I. Resident and Customer Service Excellence

    Front-Line Contact: Serve as the friendly, professional, and reliable first point of contact for all Residents and guests.

    Issue Resolution: Promptly and effectively handle all Resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Relationship Management: Cultivate positive, professional relationships with Residents, board members, vendors, and contractors.

    Global Thinking: See the bigger picture; understand how service interactions and daily coordination contribute to the property's long-term success and reputation.

    II. Operational Discipline & Coordination

    Structure & Organization: Maintain highly organized administrative systems, including Resident files, service logs, and property documents.

    Workflow Management: Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance schedules efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.

    Minor Financial Tasks (Support Role): Assist with basic, non-complex financial administration, such as tracking fee/rent collection status, processing basic receipts, and forwarding invoices for approval. No advanced budgeting or financial reporting is required.

    III. Professionalism and Integrity

    Confidentiality (Non-Negotiable): Maintain strict confidentiality for all company discussions, office information, and internal affairs. This applies especially to Residents and outside parties.

    Boundary Setting: Possess the strength and communication skills to clearly, respectfully, and consistently set and enforce property rules and company policies.

    Integrity: Maintain a professional and drama-free environment. You must strictly avoid and shut down hearsay, rumor-mongering, or unprofessional conduct.

    Priority: Your decisions and actions must consistently reflect that the Company and Property are the absolute priority.

    Creativity: Bring a touch of creativity to improve processes or enhance the Resident experience (e.g., communications, minor event planning).
