** Purpose of Position:**
The purpose of this position is to support the Residential Division through improved organization, communication, operational coordination, and compliance tracking. This role will strengthen division-wide efficiency and reinforce the delivery of quality services to the people supported by Benhaven.
The Residential Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Residential Division Director and the Residential Division. This position assists with communication, coordination, documentation tracking, compliance systems, and daily operational support across Residential Services, Nursing, Quality Assurance, Clinical, and Day Program departments.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced human services environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
