Residential Aide / Direct Support Professional

We are currently hiring for a Residential Aide / Direct Support Professional role supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions in a residential setting.

Job Details

• ?? Pay: $18 per hour
• ?? Shift: 2nd Shift (Friday–Monday)
• ?? Location: Coatesville, PA (facility details shared during hiring process)

Training

• First week training will be held in Media, PA
• Training Schedule: Approximately 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• After training, candidates will transition to assigned shifts and locations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to residents
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and routine activities
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions
• Maintain a safe and structured environment
• Document care and communicate with team members

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with experience in similar roles, including:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• Caregiver
