    Job Summary

    United Resource Project is seeking compassionate and reliable Residential Aides. The Residential Aide plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients with daily living activities and emotional support.

    This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, especially those experiencing mental health challenges or housing instability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide direct care and supervision to residents in a residential setting

    Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at all times

    Monitor client behavior and report concerns to supervisory staff

    Complete required documentation, incident reports, and shift notes

    Support crisis de-escalation using trauma-informed approaches

    Maintain a clean, structured, and supportive living environment including regular deep cleaning, and doing laundry.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED required

    Experience working in residential, behavioral health, or social services preferred

    Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Must be dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

    Ability to pass background checks and required screenings

    CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
