Responsibilities: • Mix paint or stains to customer’s specification • Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers • Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer • Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete • Erect scaffolding when required • Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers • Use a paint sprayer when the job requires it • Repair small drywall patches • Maintain a neat and tidy work area • Document your work daily in our software app on your phone • Communication professionally with the Project Managers Qualifications: • Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required • Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training • High school diploma or GED preferred • Applicant must have valid driver’s license • Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required • Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position • Experience with painting tools and techniques is required • Experience with a paint sprayer • Clean driving record • Must pass a drug screening • Climb ladders • Work on scaffolding Compensation: $38,000 - $52,000 yearly
