Position Summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is looking for an Apprentice Electrician with 1–2 years of service experience who wants to grow their skills in residential electrical work.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced electricians, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and helping homeowners understand safe and effective solutions for their electrical systems. If you're mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and take pride in doing things the right way, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical service calls
• Diagnose basic electrical issues under supervision
• Install and replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, and breakers
• Support panel upgrades and other electrical installations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about work being performed
• Follow all electrical codes and safety standards

What You Need

• 1–2 years of electrical service experience preferred
• Valid Texas Apprentice Electrician License
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in residential homes and interact professionally with customers
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years
