What You’ll Do:
As a Residential BCBA, you will play a vital role in shaping each client’s growth and daily success. You will:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
Oversee and supervise residential behavior technicians and direct care staff to ensure consistent, compassionate implementation.
Train and coach staff in functional communication, adaptive skills, and behavior reduction strategies.
Collaborate with families, case managers, and interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate holistic care.
Monitor treatment fidelity, analyze data, and make ongoing program adjustments to ensure measurable progress.
Provide on-site crisis management and behavioral support within residential settings.
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to program development and staff training initiatives.
What You Bring:
BCBA Certification
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis)
2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism
At least 1 year of supervisory experience designing programs & training staff
Proficiency in DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior approaches
Experience conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
