Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.

Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean.

Provide housekeeping management by organizing cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards and protocols.

Assist with any additional tasks requested by clients, including cooking or other household duties when necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial or hotel cleaning is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.

Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
