Job Title: Residential Cleaner / Maid

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in clients’ homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and ensures each home is cleaned to our company’s standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Wipe down surfaces, baseboards, and appliances

Empty trash and replace liners

Clean mirrors, glass, and fixtures

Follow customized cleaning checklists for each home

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes

Report any damages, issues, or supply needs to management

Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently

Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks

Work Environment:

Residential homes of various sizes and conditions

May require travel between job sites

Fast-paced, physically active role

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available (part-time or full-time)

Weekday and occasional weekend availability may be required
