SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for ongoing cleaning of apartment common areas and grounds as assigned (multi-site).
• Responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for new residents (multi-site).
• Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.
• Projection of a professional image by following the dress code and appearance standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Reliable transportation with insurance and a valid driver’s license
• A positive, upbeat attitude
• A work record of good attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, load and unload equipment and tools into vehicles or units, bending, crouching, reaching, grabbing, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
