CLEANER / HOUSEKEEPER / JANITOR - FULL-TIME

THE ROLE

Full-Time • Mon-Fri
9AM - 6PM

WHAT YOU NEED
→ Reliable personal vehicle - you're running routes
independently
→ iPhone - required for scheduling, communication, and our
systems
→ Ability to pass a background check
→ Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM
→ Prior cleaning experience - residential, commercial,
hospitality, facilities
GROWTH & EARNING
Start strong. Earn more through bonuses, referrals, and client tips. For qualified individuals we promote within. As we grow - and we are growing fast - there's a real path to becoming a trainer, then a field manager. We don't hire managers from outside. We build them from within. If you want a title and a bigger role 12-24 months from now, the door is open - but you have to earn it here first.
$15-$27
Hourly • determined at hire + performance bonuses
