Skills you bring for success:

Ability to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to problems to become your customer’s “Trusted Advisor”

· 2 years of in-home or consultative sales experience. HVAC sales is a plus but not a requirement

Learn and help grow our “No Objections” non-technical sales system

Manage your customer’s experience throughout the sales process and beyond to create your “Customer’s for Life”

Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals

Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings

Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a 5-Star Experience

Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed

The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available

Current Virginia driver's license

Must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
