🧼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Residential & Commercial cleaning (standard, deep, move-in/out, post construction)
Working solo and sometimes as a team
Creating clean, calm, cared-for homes and businesses for our clients
Following checklists and delivering consistent results
💰 Pay & Perks:
Starting pay: $15/hr (training)
Opportunity for raise after training based on performance
Weekly pay
Daytime hours (no late nights 🙌)
Occasional weekends
Supplies & equipment provided
Supportive, team-focused environment

Has strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
Is reliable and shows up ready to work
Has a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Can work independently and stay on task
Communicates well and takes direction
