Job Title: Residential/Commercial Painter Reports To: Crew Leader / Lead Painter Location: Grants Pass Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a residential/commercial painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Always put safety 1st

Interact in a friendly, professionally manor with customers

Positively invest in relationships with coworkers to foster an exceptional, highly productive, and drama-free team.

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, and sanding

Repair crack/holes using spackle, caulk, putty, and drywall mud

Paint by hand and spray, and demonstrate proper techniques.

Identify proper materials for various prep and painting applications

Inspect paint jobs for quality

Perform inspection/maintenance equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on regular basis
