Responsibilities: • Mix paint or stains to customer’s specification • Prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding • Secure trim, fixtures, floors, and furniture from paint using drop cloths • Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer • Clean up work area once project is finished • Assemble scaffolding when required Qualifications: • Candidates must be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and have physical strength and dexterity • Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training • Applicants that are detail-oriented and possess strong time management and communications are preferred • Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required • Valid driver’s license required Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
