Residential Community Manager - Hillsborough, Nj
The Community Manager is responsible for managing community associations from oversight of property, preparing annual budgets, preparing monthly Management reports, etc. Certifications in Community Association Management (CMCA) are helpful. Qualifications: • Basic understanding of MS Office • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • High School Diploma or equivalent • Some weekend and evening hours required Compensation: $70,000+ based on experience per annum
