    Emerging Leader - Residential Concrete Superintendent

    Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience)

    Overview

    A premier design-build firm is seeking high-caliber, emerging leaders to spearhead field operations within specific Georgia territories. This role functions as the End-to-End Territory Owner, taking full responsibility for the project lifecycle-from site analysis and subcontractor coordination to final billing and client satisfaction. We are looking for entry-level talent with a positive attitude, great communication, and strong logistical skills who can work independently while remaining a dedicated team player.

    Locations & Reporting

    Candidates will report directly to their Area Manager and eventually oversee up to 7 communities simultaneously within their assigned territory:

    North Atlanta Territory: Focused on the GA 400 corridor, including Alpharetta, Dawsonville, Cumming, and Canton.

    South Atlanta Territory: Covering Stockbridge, McDonough, Griffin, Peachtree City, Tyrone, and Newnan.

    Core Responsibilities

    Strategic Field & Project Leadership

    Territory Oversight: Plan, schedule, and lead multiple residential projects, overseeing the installation of concrete slabs, driveways, and concrete walls.

    Project Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the build, ensuring projects hit deadlines and budget targets.

    Precision Quality Control: Perform rigorous site walks before, during, and after pours to serve as the final authority on quality.

    Verification: Confirm all measurements and work against plans, codes, and specifications.

    Inspections: Directly manage and work through all required project inspections.

    Subcontractor & Resource Logistic:

    Crew Management: Schedule and direct subcontractor crews with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Note: You are responsible for scheduling and oversight; you will not be required to manually pour concrete.

    Supply Chain Coordination: Manage real-time material orders and vendor deliveries to eliminate downtime.

    Relationship Architecture: Build and leverage long-term relationships with builders, inspectors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project flow.

    Financial & Administrative Stewardship

    Fiscal Accuracy: Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure flawless billing and verify Purchase Orders (POs).

    Dispute Resolution: Proactively resolve billing discrepancies and support the timely collection of change orders.

    Project Documentation: Utilize internal tracking systems to manage job scope and provide status updates to stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Emerging Talent: Recent college graduates (6-12 months of experience) open to learning the construction industry.

    Junior Professionals: 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent in residential construction or concrete operations.

    Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret construction blueprints and site plans.

    Essential Skills: Clear, professional communication , superior problem-solving , and strong organizational/mathematical skills.

    Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
