Residential Construction Coordinator – Patio Covers & Screen Rooms

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a Residential Construction Coordinator to support and oversee key aspects of our patio cover and screen room production operations. We are a veteran- and family-owned home remodeling company with more than 35 years of industry experience, recognized for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate on-site measurements for residential patio covers and screen rooms to ensure proper ordering and installation
• Coordinate and schedule installation crews for patio cover and screen room projects
• Manage purchase orders, permits (when applicable), and related project documentation
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure completed projects meet company standards
• Provide professional, face-to-face customer service throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to final walkthrough
• Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer expectations

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience measuring and coordinating residential patio cover and/or screen room projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction or home improvement
• Knowledge of aluminum structures, screen systems, and outdoor living products preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
